5. File Your EB-5 Petition (I-526E)

6. Receive Work & Travel Permits
Within 3–6 months of filing, you’ll typically receive EAD (work permit) and Advance Parole (travel authorization) for you and your family.
7. Green Card Approval
Once your petition is approved (usually 12–18 months), you and your immediate family incl. all children under the age of 21 will receive conditional green cards, followed by permanent residency after 2 years.
8. Earn Annual Returns + Capital Back
After 5 years, your investment is returned to you, along with an annual return, subject to project performance. Developer interest covers your return; your fees are paid upfront. To minimize your risk, your capital is secured as a collateralized loan on real rental property in the Tampa Bay market.
