4. Make Your Investment
Your capital is loaned to the project and collateralized by the asset. In return, you receive loan payments and full repayment after 5 years, subject to performance.

5. File Your EB-5 Petition (I-526E)

Once the legal and compliance work is complete, your EB-5 petition is submitted to USCIS.

6. Receive Work & Travel Permits

Within 3–6 months of filing, you’ll typically receive EAD (work permit) and Advance Parole (travel authorization) for you and your family.

7. Green Card Approval

Once your petition is approved (usually 12–18 months), you and your immediate family incl. all children under the age of 21 will receive conditional green cards, followed by permanent residency after 2 years.

8. Earn Annual Returns + Capital Back
